Summer Course Reviews – Deadlines

Submit Your Application Early

If you were planning on having one of your online or blended courses go through an official Quality Matters review this summer, now is the time to complete the application. The application takes a few minutes to complete and asks for information such as your name and institution along with the name and number of the course you are requesting go through review.

It is strongly encouraged that you complete the APPQMR workshop prior to participation in a formal review. It is also recommended that you review the information in the QM Course Review Process resource that specifically describes what you’ll need to do to prepare your course for review by the Minnesota Online Quality Initiative.

Application Deadlines and Expected Review Start Dates

May 20, 2016

May 20 is the application deadline for July reviews.  July reviews are scheduled to start the week of July 11.

June 30, 2016

June 30 is the application deadline for August reviews. August reviews are scheduled to start the week of August 15.

Call for Proposals Due March 13

The MN eLearning Summit is the premiere event of the Minnesota Learning Commons and is a gathering place for K-12, college, and university educators and innovators in the Midwest who are committed to effective online and blended learning. This year, the Summit will be held at Minneapolis Community and Technical College in downtown Minneapolis on July 29-30.

MnSCU campuses and faculty have some of the most innovative online/hybrid teaching and learning initiatives. Let others know about your projects and experiences by presenting at this regional conference. March 13 is the deadline for submitting your proposal.

Quality Matters will hold its 7th Annual Conference on Quality Assurance in Online Learning November 1 – 4, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas!

Get more information on what you need, including resources to craft a winning proposal. Bring your expertise, ideas, influence and passion to the 7th Annual Conference! Submit your proposal for early decision before Friday, March 6.

Final deadline to Submit your Proposals is Wednesday, April 8.
